Throat chakra is blue. & located within the throat
This chakra regulates body temperature and metabolism. It represents communication, creativity, self expression, judgment, accepting your originality, expressing your authentic voice, speaking your truth, listening to others, standing up for what you believe, being open and honest in what you say. As a communication center, it not only allows you to express who you are and what you stand for, but also allows you to listen deeply to another. It is concerned with the senses of inner and outer hearing, the synthesizing of ideas, healing, transformation and purification. The energy of this chakra allows you to seek knowledge that is true, beyond limitations of time and space, beyond cultural and family conditioning, saying no when you need to, & being open/honest in what you say. It is directly linked to personal integrity.
The throat chakra is blue. Blue is the color of the sky, ocean, sleep, twilight. A pure blue is the color of inspiration, sincerity and spirituality. Blue is often the chosen color by conservative people. Blue is the calming color, gives a feeling of distance. Artists use it to show perspective. This is a good way to understand the energy of the color blue – it allows us to look beyond and increase our perspective outward. It contains a cool vibration that is helpful to communication. Using blue to relax will encourage feelings of communication and peace.

Accept yourself for who you are, and let go of who you wish to be. Use your voice to speak your truth. If you want to see yourself as beautiful, you have to stop telling yourself you are ugly.
