Let’s Have Church!

Spiritual Enlightenment

Body: Flesh. Bone. Blood.
Soul: Mind. Will. Emotion
Spirit: Conscience. Wisdom. Communication.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
“By the sweat of your brow will you have food to eat until you return to the ground from which you were made. For you were made from dust, and to dust you will return.” Genesis 3:19 NLT
& Scientifically, yes, we are literally star dust.

We have calcium in our bones. Iron in our veins.
Carbon in our souls. And nitrogen in our brains.
93% Stardust with souls made of flame.
We are all just stars that have people names.

I believe we are wired in specific ways. And we can do what we want, because we have been given free will, but it also comes with consequences. Satan is god of the earthly world until his son returns.

“Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:4 NLT
Church x Politics were founded on being separate. so what is ‘legal’ and how a human body is wired to live run against each other. ‘They’ promote death, killing, love of money etc. God said thou shall not kill though..? ‘They’ enslave us to money, but you cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve God AND be enslaved to money. you will love one and hate the other. Matthew 6:24

All the people on the planet, workin’ 9-5s just to stay alive… how come?

How can you be sure if ‘This Is America’ with the showing of true colors, or a brilliant marketing scheme? As Colin Kaepernick did — stand for something. #TakeaKnee and stand against inequality, unjust systems, police brutality.

I hear ye sayin “Nike, Nike treat employees just like slaves, gave Lebron a billie [billion] not to run away..”

Corporations have exploited people for centuries.

“We the people, want to know where the [heck] our money is being invested!

For the love of money, how far are you willing to go?

“The things we buy to cover up what’s inside…They made us hate our self and love their wealth, that’s why, shawty yellin’ “where the ballers at?” [Brown people] buy [Nike], crackhead buy crack, and [earthly satan/government] gets paid off of all of that.” #CravingFreedom #LetMyPeopleGo
#AreYouSureItsGodYoureServing #KnowinMyCondition #IsTheReasonIMustChange

If something is wrong with your heart, its hard to receive the actual help you need if you dont have adequate insurance and payment…. so do they really care about us?

Idols & Celebrities

i·dol – noun
an image or representation of a god used as an object of worship.
a person or thing that is greatly admired, loved, or revered.

So may times we associate the cross with Jesus. When you think of the cross, you think of Jesus. As if the cross is Jesus, or Jesus is the cross… but i dont think its ever written in the bible, that Jesus said to worship the cross, idolize it, associate it w him, or that he just loved crosses. God does not like idols. It does not matter what religion they claim, or who they are.
Why do we idolize the cross?
If we are not to have idols, why are there pictures of Jesus, the cross, etc in churches?
Do you have role models?
Who do you look up to? Why?
So, my dear friends, flee from the worship of idols.
1 Corinthians 10:14 NLT

Was his name Yeshua, Jesus, Baal? Its hard to confirm.
Do I believe a human came to earth to spread messages? Yes, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Quran or bible. Same stories. Same messages. Plagarized/re written or not, why do we care who said it first? Do you want to ‘be’ right, or do you want to ‘live’ right? Do the stories hold truth? Do you uphold the laws of the Universe/God??
Message x Messenger
Do you follow the message or the messenger?

Are You Ignoring Me?

Have any of these things ever happened to you?

Someone takes forever to answer your email or text, if they answer at all.
You’re taken for granted by someone you’ve worked hard to please.
You race to meet someone on time…and the person no-shows.

The thing about purposefully ignoring someone is its rude, inconsiderate, cruel, petty & qualifies as abuse. & although you cannot control other people, you can control your emotional response to feeling ignored.

People Use the Silent Treatment bc:

They want to hurt you or punish you
Too selfish to care about what your feelings are
They don’t respect you.
Their feelings are hurt and they dont care to communicate that
They’re not getting what they want, and don’t see why they should compromise.
They’re distracted by something else, like problems at home or work

If someone is purposefully trying to hurt you through the silent treatment, they might enjoy your negative reaction. Remember, this is abuse. Don’t keep begging them to talk to you.

There are also many consequences to the silent treatment

It causes emotional trauma or stress. There are many emotions that can be triggered including: depression, anger, frustration, restlessness, isolation, rejection, guilt, loneliness, despair, betrayal and/or bitterness.

It may have serious physical side-effects. When someone is ignored, their brain tells them they are in physical pain. Less serious symptoms could include anything from headaches, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pains, insomnia, anxiety, and fatigue.

It can cause behavioral changes. Ie: you questioning youself. What am I doing wrong? Is something wrong with me? Was it something I said? Am I too annoying?

What u can do:
Stay calm
Make Sure That The Person Is Really Ignoring You
Give The Person Space
Reflect on your recent actions
Talk privately + Make sure the other person knows that you care about them, and you’ll be ready to listen when they’re ready to talk
Apologize If Necessary
Think About Why The Person Could Be Mad At You

Vulnerability Is Strength

susceptible to physical or emotional attack or harm.
“we were in a vulnerable position”

What do you associate with the term vulnerability? Weakness, fear, hurt, risk, betrayal? Do you protect yourself to avoid being hurt? These are the deep-seated emotions people may experience when they reveal aspects of themselves to others.

Vulnerability is an act of courage because you show your true self, instead of hiding behind a barrier to appease others. It can help us deepen our relationship with ourselves and nurture intimacy and connection with others; however, If only one person is vulnerable, and the other person sits on the sidelines, genuine connection can’t happen.

Vulnerability has to be two-sided in order for relationships to deepen.
Some of us are good sharers + Some of us are good listeners.
And some of us can balance both which leads to beautiful connections.

Its important to determine which people, situations, and circumstances are appropriate for us to practice vulnerability. See how others respond when you are vulnerable w them, & if they are willing to be vulnerable as well. Choose to be vulnerable w those who are able to be vulnerable w you.
One sided connections becomes a very unbalanced dynamic.

If you feel the connection is one sided, ask for their thoughts/feelings. Sometimes others doesn’t realize they aren’t sharing but really does want to feel closer.

What is the hardest part about being vulnerable for you?

Commitment is a choice & ignites action. When you commit to something, you are making a conscious decision to pursue it, be dedicated/devoted, to give your all. Ie: I decided to give my heart to them. I chose them. I chose this career path etc. You can choose to be committed to something/someone, & at any point no want to longer be. If an unexpected obstacle arises, someone who is committed will not freak out and get angry like someone who is attached. They will take the necessary action steps needed to get the job done. It gives the freedom to take what comes and move on. Practice being committed to your partner, as they are, where they are, and offering them the space to be free at the same time, remaining individual people & not ‘losing yourself’ or wanting to consume the other person/situation. This means allowing them to choose you, or not, and to be okay with whatever choice they make. Their commitment is because they value you and want to be there, rather than feel as though they are bound to you out of obligation.
Commit to your career goals & dreams rather than attach yourself to a very specific way of life. – have you ever been frustrated that something didn’t go as planned. If you’re upset, its bc you’re attached to something.

To be attached means to be emotionally involved and latched on to a specific outcome. It ignites worry, sets expectations (that do not always match up), and self-doubt. When you create something you want in life, you create an attachment as well. When you are attached to something, you are not actively choosing to be. Attachment is passive. Ie: i fell in love, they stole my heart. It happens on its own without your conscious permission. Unlike commitment, when you are attached it is a process to no longer be and cannot happen overnight. When you become attached to an outcome that others experience, you become vulnerable to their definitions of success and their judgments.

Attachment limits possibility, leads to confinement and dependence, while commitment opens possibility. Is your relarelationship becoming more constricted over time or ever more open?

Let go of your perceived pain, & be willing to see things differently.

We are today’s yesterday and our little people are today’s tomorrow.
Who’s taking care of us?
