02Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are final. LegaSE does not offer refunds or exchanges on any courses, digital tools, subscriptions, or services.

03Payment & Billing

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize LegaSE to charge the payment method on file at the stated billing interval (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).

• Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting legaseinc@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Failed Payments. If a payment fails, LegaSE reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account until the balance is resolved.
• Pricing Changes. LegaSE reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
• Institutional & Licensing Billing. Payment terms for B2B licensing and institutional partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement.

04Account Terms

To access subscription-based features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not share, sell, or transfer account access to any other person.
