Did you ever just get a feeling—maybe something in your body that tells you something is wrong or just not right? Or maybe it gives you hints of unfailing happiness, joy, and earth shattering love?

If we would stop giving so much power to the mind, the ego, and just sat still and tapped into our body’s wisdom, we’d experience a healing power so great that it could prevent or reverse illness, disease, hate, self-loathing, and perfectionism.

Trust is a fragile thing. So many times we hear “trust no one.” And we dont. But is this harmful/damaging? Trusting someone means that you think they are reliable, you have confidence in them, and you feel safe with them physically and emotionally. Who do you trust? Do you love the people you trust? Do you trust the people you love? What do you trust? Do you trust the overseers/people you depend on to supply your food, health, money, shelter etc? Do you trust yourself? Do you trust God?

Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.
-Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. — your heart can be deceitful, your emotions change, why not trust God?
