We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and habits connect with your physical well-being. I’ll guide you in uncovering blind spots and shadow sides, providing honest reflection, practical advice, and holistic strategies to help you become more self-aware and empowered in your healing journey.

Why it matters
A person can live with symptoms ie: pain/fatigue for years before an official diagnosis. Living with chronic health conditions often feels like carrying an invisible weight. Traditional medicine can treat symptoms, but it rarely addresses the story underneath. The story that tells the true reason your chest may tighten at the mention of someone’s name, the grief you’ve never been able to express, why time apart from a loved one feels like death. These sessions offer a space to connect the dots—between body, mind, and spirit—so you can move from simply coping to creating lasting, meaningful change. Many conditions are genetic and “run in the family;” however, patterns, silences, unspoken fears, unhealed trauma, the way we love and handle conflict runs in families too. There is hope, that just as you scrape your knee and the wound heals, the body can carry trauma and the weight of unhealed stories, and the body can also learn to let them go and heal.

Who are these sessions for?
They’re especially designed for those living with chronic health conditions, but anyone managing stress, anxiety, or depression can also benefit. These sessions aim to bring health literacy and awareness for improved management of your condition. See examples below:
- When your body is always in “go” mode being the healer, helper, friend, but your spirit is screaming “rest,” that’s not laziness or strength, it’s survival fatigue. The constant doing, fixing, proving… it wears down your immune system until even joy feels like work. You can improve your health and learn to how to stop earning your worth through exhaustion.
- Your gut knows what your mouth won’t say. All those stomach twists, nausea, and “I just can’t eat” moments? That’s suppressed emotion digesting itself. You can heal your gut and bring calm to your body.
- Pancreatitis isn’t always physical, sometimes it’s worry that never got permission to move through you. You keep saying “I’m fine,” but your pancreas tells another story. Healing is learning to manage your condition through nervous sytem healing.
- Back pain, jaw tension, migraines, we can decode the language of your body. Your body keeps the score of every “yes” that should’ve been a “no.” Pain does not have to be the language your boundaries never got to speak.
- If you grew up having to earn love through performance, of course stillness feels unsafe. But your body deserves to know safety that doesn’t come with conditions.
How is this different from the Vent Session?
The Vent Session is for release and emotional unloading. The Practitioner Session is guided: I’ll listen, reflect, identify blind spots, and provide strategies to support growth and holistic well-being.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No—this is not therapy or a substitute for medical care. These sessions are holistic, educational, and supportive, meant to complement your existing health
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s okay. We’ll start by exploring what’s present for you right now, and together we’ll uncover the goals and practices that can best support you.
How long is each session?
Phone/video sessions are 60 minutes. Text/email sessions are shorter written reflections (10–15 minutes of exchange), with my response provided within 24–48 hours.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything shared remains private, with the exception of harm to self/others where I’d encourage you to seek immediate professional help.
