These are guided, intuitive, and strategic 1:1 sessions where I act as a Mind-Body Reader and Alchemist using a blend of science and intuition.

  • Regulate the nervous system so insight can actually integrate

A Vent Session is for emotional release.

A Mind-Body Alchemy Session is guided.

I don’t just listen, I reflect, name patterns, identify blind spots, and offer strategies to support growth and regulation. This is insight paired with embodiment.


Is This Therapy or Medical Treatment?

No.

These sessions are holistic, educational, and supportive.
They are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and they do not replace care from licensed medical or mental health professionals.

They are designed to complement your existing care by addressing the nervous system, emotional patterns, and mind-body connection that often go unexamined.


What If I Don’t Know What I Need Yet?

That’s completely okay.

We begin with what’s present right now. Together, we clarify goals and identify the practices that best support your body, mind, and healing capacity.


Session Length & Format

  • Phone or Video: 60 minutes

  • Text or Email: Short written exchange (10–15 minutes) with a detailed response within 24–48 hours

    Monthly 1:1 sessions. Each session includes a detailed follow-up summary and plan.


Confidentiality

Everything shared remains private, with the exception of situations involving harm to yourself or others, in which case I encourage seeking immediate professional support.
