As your health coach, I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to partner with you—to motivate, empower, and support you in reaching your goals through your own strengths. Together, we’ll create an action plan that feels doable, not overwhelming, in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Vent Sessions are for emotional release, Mind-Body Practitioner Sessions focus on chronic conditions and holistic healing, while Health Coaching Sessions are forward-focused and client-driven, centered on your goals and lifestyle changes.
Is this therapy?
No—this is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Health coaching is about motivation, empowerment, and action planning.
What kind of goals can I set?
Anything related to your health and well-being: stress management, fitness, nutrition, sleep, habits, energy levels, or overall lifestyle.
How long are the sessions?
Each coaching session is 60 minutes, conducted via phone or video call.
Do you provide meal plans or medical advice?
No—I don’t prescribe diets or medical treatments. Instead, we’ll build plans and strategies around your own strengths, preferences, and needs.
What happens after my free first session?
After your complimentary session, you can choose to continue with single sessions or invest in a package for ongoing accountability and progress.
