Do you move with intentional action? Are you conscious when making decisions? What kind of decisions do you make when youre bored? Do you understand why you do what you do? — If you were to go out in the day, and not have set any intention or created any type of prayer or manifestation of how you want the day to go, what you want to do etc, then you’re getting in a car with no direction.
When you make a plan, do you follow thru? When you do something, are you expecting something in return? If you were to help a homeless person, would you also take a picture to show your social media friends? When someone tells you something, do you have hidden desires/intentions to make them change their mind?
Set goals. Set intentions. Manifest the life you want. Intentions create reality. Think of it as a seed you plant + You water it each day with your actions to make it grow into a reality. [Sidenote: The plant doesnt grow the same day you plant the seed]. You have power over your life. State your intentions. Write your plan out. There is a powerful effect on the brain when you write out (not typing on a phone/computer etc) your goals/intentions.

What motivates you to do the things you do? What are your intentions?
When you feel anger, cruelty, fear, grief, pride, frustration, irritation, arrogance etc., ask yourself ‘where do I feel unloved/unnoticed etc in this?’ There are 2 emotions. Fear x Love. Negative emotions stem from fear. Positive from love. Are your moves rooted in fear, or love?
The wound may not be your fault, but healing that wound is your responsibility…if not, you bleed on the people who didnt cut you. Break the curse.
